Google has announced an increase in the cost of Google Workspace subscriptions, effective March 17, 2025. This is due to the integration of Gemini artificial intelligence into the tariffs. Previously, AI features were only available for a separate fee, but now they will become part of the basic plans, but with this their cost will increase.
What will change?
Google is adding new AI features, including:
- Automatically summarizing emails in Gmail.
- Data generation and analysis in Google Sheets.
- Automated notes in Google Meet.
- Intelligent assistance in Google Docs.
- Access to the Gemini chatbot to simplify workflows.
Along with these updates, the price of subscriptions is changing. New monthly plan prices:
- Google Workspace Business Starter: from 8.10 EUR (flexible plan) / from 6.12 EUR (annual plan).
- Google Workspace Business Standard: from 16.20 EUR (flexible plan) / from 12.24 EUR (annual plan).
- Google Workspace Business Plus: 25.30 EUR (flexible plan) / 21.10 EUR (annual plan).

Enterprise Essentials: 11.52 EUR (flexible plan) / 9.60 EUR (annual plan).
Enterprise Essentials Plus: 23.04 EUR (flexible plan) / 19.20 EUR (annual plan).
Enterprise Starter: 12.70 EUR (flexible plan) / 10.60 EUR (annual plan).
Enterprise Standard: 31.30 EUR (flexible plan) / 26.10 EUR (annual plan).
Enterprise Plus: 40.50 EUR (flexible plan) / 33.80 EUR (annual plan).
